131. Deputy Cathal Crowe asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will provide an update on the long-awaited sewerage schemes for the villages of Broadford and Cooraclare in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [47825/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraI have approved funding for the Broadford and Cooraclare wastewater projects under Measure A8 of the Multi-annual Rural Water Programme. This funding remains available to Clare County Council for these projects, subject to the terms and conditions of the Programme.
Responsibility for progressing the projects rests with Clare County Council, working in conjunction with Uisce Éireann, to deliver the projects.
