301. Deputy Eoghan Kenny asked the Minister for Education and Youth to provide an update for school placement for child (details supplied); if she will engage constructively with the parents of the child; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [48711/26]

The National Council for Special Education (NCSE) is, in the first instance, the primary body responsible for the matter the Deputy has raised. I have also met with the family on this matter and also continue to engage with the NCSE to ensure the family are being supported.
