478. Deputy Pádraig Rice asked the Minister for Health if her Department has concluded the local bargaining phase of the current public service pay agreement (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [48576/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraUnder the Provision of the Public Service Agreement 2024 – 2026, the Local Bargaining process is the mechanism under which all cost increasing claims are to be resolved.
The Department of Health has been working positively with HSE colleagues and Trade Unions to progress claims under the auspices of this process.
Progress has been made for numerous claims and the work is ongoing and is expected to be completed in the coming months.
