Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE has conducted any audit or assurance check confirming that privately contracted home support providers actually report complaints, missed visits, safeguarding incidents and medication-related incidents to the HSE, given the Executive's stated expectation that such incidents "would be reported"; and to provide the findings of any such audit.
