Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health if a clinical outcome data is recorded in respect of patients funded under the treatment abroad scheme following the completion of treatment abroad; and if no outcome data is recorded, to confirm this explicitly and the way in which her Department assesses the clinical effectiveness of expenditure under the scheme.
