Deputy Liam Quaide asked the Minister for Health whether it is now HSE policy in any health region that home support services should be limited to persons requiring palliative or end-of-life care, persons at immediate risk of hospital admission, or other exceptional categories; if so, the criteria applying in each health region and the date on which they came into effect; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
