Dáil Éireann Debate, Thursday - 9 July 2026
352. Deputy Seamus Healy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of WTE qualified veterinary surgeons employed by Greyhound Racing Ireland as of 1 July 2026, in tabular form. [52490/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraRásaíocht Con Éireann (RCÉ) is a commercial state body established under the Greyhound Industry Act 1958 chiefly to control greyhound racing and to improve and develop the greyhound industry. RCÉ is a body corporate and a separate legal entity to the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
The questions raised by the Deputy are operational matters for RCÉ and, therefore, the questions have been referred to that body for direct reply.
