Deputy Malcolm Byrne asked the Minister for Transport the total cost to date of the bottled water that has been distributed by Irish Rail on Dublin to Rosslare trains freely to passengers to date this year to deal with the problem of no air conditioning on trains; his views on the situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
