Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 706 of 28 May 2026, to confirm directly, by yes or no, whether legal advice was sought or obtained concerning reliance on WPATH Standards of Care Version 7 in the December 2019 consultant application.
