Deputy Colm Burke asked the Minister for Education and Youth to consider an emergency works scheme appeal for a school (details supplied) to repair hazardous and unsafe flooring and carpeting which is in need of repair from a health and safety perspective; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [54554/26]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 327 and 341 together.
The Department contacted the Oireachtas, who advised that the attachments provided by the Deputy were too large to be processed through their system and that the Department should contact the Deputy directly for the details supplied.
The Deputy was subsequently contacted and informed that the attachments exceeded the system limits. He was asked to provide the information again or submit further details, however, no response has been received to date.
The Deputy can resubmit these Parliamentary Questions to the Department for answer.
