2219. Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration to confirm the correct immigration pathway for a Ukrainian temporary protection beneficiary moving to a Stamp 1G as the spouse of a critical skills employment permit holder. [56308/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraIn the situation referred to by the Deputy, such people can submit an online renewal application and select the ‘Stamp 1G’ stamp type, then the ‘Spouse of Employment Permit holder’ category.
