Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 2902 of 14 April 2026, the total HSE agency spend to the most recent available date in 2026, set against the €720 million ceiling in the National Service Plan 2026, broken down by HSE region; and whether the HSE is currently on profile to meet that ceiling.
