Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Health if she will outline when the HSE will be providing a nursing practice programme for currently registered childcare nurses who have a gap in service and require this course to return to HSE employment; and her views on the urgency to provide such courses given the current recruitment requirements within the HSE and the imminent opening of the National Children's Hospital.
