Deputy Donna McGettigan asked the Minister for Health the reason there is no 24/7 Sexual Assault Treatment Unit (SATU) in the HSE Midwest region; the resources she will allocate to establish such a service; and to provide a clear timeline for its establishment to stop the current denial of treatment to victims unless they report their assault to An Garda Síochána.
