In relation to the individual concerned, I am informed by officials in the Registration Office of my Department that checks conducted with An Post indicate that the individual's Irish Residence Permit (IRP) card was delivered on the 9 September 2026. I am further informed that the card was issued to the address provided by the individual as part of their application.

If the individual concerned has still not received their IRP card, they should contact the Registration Office through my Department’s Customer Service Portal at the following link: portal.irishimmigration.ie/en/.

Further information on submitting a query through the Portal is available here: www.irishimmigration.ie/registering-your-immigration-permission/submitting-registration-or-renewal-queries/.

As an Oireachtas member, you can also request the status of individual immigration cases by e-mail, using the Oireachtas Mail facility at: IMoireachtasmail@justice.ie, which has been specifically established for this purpose. This service enables up to date information on such cases to be obtained without the need to seek information by way of the Parliamentary Question process.
