Deputy Cian O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Health the reason a person's (details supplied) existing care was withdrawn before a safe alternative arrangement was established; the immediate arrangements the HSE will put in place to ensure continuity of care; and if their request for alternative funding and care management will be assessed independently of the organisation with which they are in dispute with.
