ICT support is provided during business hours and during parliamentary sittings as set out below. Where necessary, hardware support can be provided to Members' constituency offices during normal office hours.

Training
Computer training courses are provided by the training unit for Members and secretarial assistants giving an introduction to all software packages used by the office.
