Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if temporary clerical officers are on a different weekly pay rate to clerical officers despite doing the same job; if this was due to be remedied via a circular issued in 2013; if such a circular was issued, the current status of same; if temporary clerical officers are on unequal pay when compared to their colleagues doing the same job, his plans to remedy the situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
