753. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Justice further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 448 and 445 of 20 June 2023, to outline a breakdown of investment to the 6 REIT investments arising from the IIP scheme, the year of the individual investments, the nationalities of those who benefitted from visas and the years of investment; and to provide the addresses of the properties owned by the relevant REIT schemes. At the outset, it is important to note that, as Minister, I do not comment on individual IIP applications.

6 individual REIT Investor applications were approved in the period from 2016-2020. Given the small number of applicants involved, my Department is not in a position to provide a further breakdown of these applications as the publication of such information may allow for the identification of individuals.
