130. Deputy Conor D. McGuinness asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the status of the application by Waterford City and County Council for a social housing development at Shandon, Dungarvan, County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3638/25]
Amharc ar fhreagraI understand that Waterford City & County Council commenced the construction of the new social housing development at Shandon, Dungarvan in December 2024. My Department has approved funding of €12.7m to the Council in respect of this 38 home project and I look forward to its completion as soon as possible.
