129. Deputy Conor D. McGuinness asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the status of the application by Waterford City and County Council for a social housing development at An Sean Phobal, County Phort Láirge; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3637/25]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department provided approval to Waterford City & County Council in April 2024 to advance this social housing project through the planning process and onto the preparation of the tender for the construction contract. I look forward to the Council's earliest possible advancement of this project and can confirm that funding is in place to support its construction.
