Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the number of animal cruelty-related proceedings arising from incidents recorded since Quarter 3 of 2024 which have, to date, resulted in conviction, acquittal, dismissal, strike-out, withdrawal, or remain pending, in tabular form. As Minister, I have no role in these matters.
