The status of actions under the remit of my Department in the Climate Action Plans 2021 to 2025 has been reported in the Climate Action Plan Progress Reports available on the Department of the Taoiseach’s website: www.gov.ie/en/department-of-the-taoiseach/publications/climate-action-plan-progress-reports/#climate-action-plan-2021.

There are no legacy actions from Climate Actions Plans 2021-2025 for my Department to complete.

In addition to those actions led by my Department and/or the bodies under its aegis, my Department contributes to the delivery on Climate Action as a stakeholder. As set out in my Department's Climate Action Roadmap 2025, published on the Department's website, my Department has met the key climate targets in the Public Sector Climate Action Mandate, and has defined time-bound actions to progress to compliance with all the energy efficiency, climate action, and sustainability commitments in that Mandate. My Department also contributes to activating climate engagement and awareness across society including through cultural and sporting participation.
